What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), postcode, the service you're asking about, and the message you write.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry — usually within 4 working hours — and to deliver the work if you go ahead.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside the team unless you specifically ask us to (e.g. a third-party tree surveyor for a planning notice). We don't sell data and we don't pass it to marketing companies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the life of the contract plus 6 years (HMRC requirement).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, or to delete it (subject to HMRC retention rules). Email us at [email protected].
